Baxter Named Chiefs’ Goalkeeper Coach

Kaizer Chiefs have appointed Lee Baxter as the club’s new goalkeeper coach.

The Soweto giants have been without a full-time goalkeeper coach following Alex Revoredo’s sudden passing last year.

Lee Baxter, the son of former Chiefs coach Stuart, has now been appointed as the new head of the goalkeeping department.

A statement from Chiefs read,”Kaizer Chiefs have appointed Lee Baxter as the new head of the goalkeeper coaching department.

“I am looking forward to the challenge,” he comments after having signed a contract that runs until the end of the 2019/2020 season.

Baxter has previously worked with SuperSport United in the Absa Premiership.
