Man United Set to Offload 6 Players
Manchester United are reportedly set for their biggest team clear-out since 2015 as six established players could leave Old Trafford at the end of the season, to allow Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to rebuild a title-winning squad.
The Red Devil’s team revamp is forthcoming – even if they manage to claim a place in the Champion’s League – due to their recent loss to the Wolves leaving them off the EPL top four.
Antonio Valencia, Matteo Darmian, Marcos Rojo and Eric Bailly are leading the pack set to leave and have made fewer appearances for Man United this season.
Ander Herrera and Juan Mata also might be shown the exit door since their contracts are expiring.
Shockingly, United could also bid farewell to David de Gea and Alexis Sanchez.
Sanchez has failed to prove himself since joining in 2018, but his lucrative salary could be an obstacle in finding another club.
De Gea’s contract expires next year and he’s still negotiating the new terms. United hope he’ll pen down a new deal, however, it’s unlikely they will risk him leaving a free agent.
