Man Utd Gets an Injury Boost

November 08, 2017

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has revealed that injured players Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcos Rojo are in a “good position”.

United have been without Rojo and Ibrahimovic all season, while Pogba has been out of the game since mid-September.

Rojo travelled with the squad to London this weekend for their match against Chelsea, but didn’t play.

After being injured for over a month, midfielder Marouane Fellaini made a comeback in United’s match against Chelsea this weekend. Mourinho called Fellaini’s performance “fantastic”.

Mourinho has welcomed the international break, and plans to give his players the week off.

The Red Devils have won seven of their 11 Premier League games and all four of their Champions League games so far this season.

In December, United will play nine games across all competitions, and Pogba, Ibrahimovic and Rojo are expected to return to the field.
