Nicki Minaj Slams Grammy Producer for ‘Bullying’ Her

February 12, 2019

Nicki Minaj claims that she was “bullied into silence” after being snubbed at the 2019 Grammy Awards.

Between 2011 and 2016, the “Anaconda” hitmaker has been nominated for 10 Grammy Awards, but never won. Since then, she has not been nominated for any more Grammys.

Taking to Twitter on Monday, 11 February, Minaj cited the event’s producer, Ken Ehrlich, as the reason for her Grammy Award snubs.

She wrote: “I was bullied [by Ehrlich] into staying quiet for 7 years out of fear [sic].”

The 36-year-old promised to provide more details on the matter on the next episode of her Beats 1 radio show, “Queen Radio”.

This is not the first time that Ehrlich has been put on blast: last week, Ariana Grande slammed the producer’s claims that she pulled out of performing at the Grammy Awards because she couldn’t “pull something together” in time.

Grande also accused him of stifling her “creativity and self-expression”.
