Unfriend or unfollow people who only ever complain or post negative things. If you don’t want to do that, you can edit your settings so that their posts show up less or not at all.
Meditate at Least Once a Day
Take just one minute to become aware of your thoughts, feelings and the sensations around you. Then, take one minute to focus your attention on your breathing, and of how your body feels as a whole.
Don’t be afraid to do one thing a day just because it makes you happy, even if it’s just eating a chocolate, window-shopping or taking five minutes to call a loved one.
