Aaron Carter, Fiancee Expecting First Child

Singer Aaron Carter is about to become a father.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, 7 March, the “Fool’s Gold” hitmaker uploaded a video clip, in which he showed off the results of a pregnancy test taken by his fiancee, Melanie Martin.

Showing the testing stick on camera, Carter is heard saying: “So this is the second one we’re testing. The first one came out [positive].”

The 33-year-old singer then tells Martin – who is out of the shot – that a second line appeared on the stick, which indicates that the 28-year-old Instagram model is indeed pregnant.

The announcement comes nine months after it was revealed that Martin suffered a miscarriage.

Carter explained during a YouTube livestream at the time: “She suffered a miscarriage due to stress conditions. We’re gonna give it some time, let her heal, and then we’re going to try again. We both want that. I gotta take care of her.”
