Ariana Grande’s Hollywood Hills Home Sold for $14 Million

Ariana Grande has sold her Hollywood Hills pad after only living there for just over 12 months.

According to public records, the huge mansion – complete with four bedrooms and seven bathrooms – is situated in the upper-class area of Los Angeles, California, and was reportedly bought for $13.7 million in June last year.

On Wednesday, 27 October, the 28-year-old pop songstress sold the 10 000-square-foot property for $14 million – the transaction was confirmed by real estate agent Aaron Kirman, who was involved in both the purchase and sale of the home.

Coincidentally, Grande’s husband, Dalton Gomez, works for Kirman’s company, the Aaron Kirman Group.

The 26-year-old Gomez and the “Thank U, Next” hitmaker have been married since 15 May this year. They chose to tie the knot in an intimate ceremony held at her Montecito crib. Twenty guests attended the marriage of the two smitten darlings who became engaged in December 2020.
