Celeb Twitter Round-Up: H.E.R. is Coming to SA!
Haibo! 2023 is proving to be the year of music concerts in South Africa!
This year, we’ve had Sybil, Boyz II Men and Backstreet Boys gracing our stages, and there’s still more to come – Tamia, Robin S., UB40, Westlife, Bryan Adams, and probably even more that we don’t know about yet.
And now, we can add H.E.R. to the list!
The Grammy-award-winning musician is due to make her Mzansi debut at the newly-created “Hey Neighbour” music festival, which will take place at Legends Adventure Farm in Pretoria from Friday, 8 December 2023 to Sunday, 10 December 2023.

@LisaMay789000 was one of the few who lamented the location of the show (y’know, despite Johannesburg and Cape Town mainly getting all the major international artists, but whatever to Pretoria, right?):

Yup, Bruno, we feel you, especially when those other artists charge into the thousands to grace audiences with their presence for two or so hours.

In other words, if you’ve got this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see your faves up close and personal, then go for it.
Then again, with all these international artists converging on South Africa this year, you may be attending these concerts at least once a month!
Still, here’s hoping they never stop coming (and give our wallets time to breathe by the time 2024 rolls around!).
