Kourtney Kardashian Shares “Empowering” Pregnancy Photos

Kourtney Kardashian has documented her bulging pregnant belly in a set of photos on Instagram, just a week after undergoing emergency surgery to save her unborn child’s life.

Taking to social media on Sunday, 10 September, the 44-year-old socialite shared five photos of herself wearing lace gloves and top, and a leather jacket and pants to match, with a black bra to finish the ensemble and to accentuate her pregnant tum for multiple poses.

“Pregnancy is so empowering,” Kardashian wrote in the caption.

The glowing mum-to-be is expecting her first baby with her husband, Travis Barker, who is currently on tour in Europe with his band, Blink-182.

Last week, Kardashian saw herself in the emergency room, which she shared via an Instagram update featuring a quick snap of her holding hands with Barker from her hospital bed.

In the caption, she said: “As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent foetal [sic] surgery … I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.”
