Latest Update on Pitso Mosimane’s Condition

Former Mamelodi Sundowns coach, Pitso Mosimane, will be back in action following a recent health scare.

According to reports published on Thursday, 2 November, Mosimane – who currently coaches UAE Pro League side, Al Wahda FC – was rushed to hospital in Abu Dhabi earlier this week after suffering from shortness of breath.

For two days, the 59-year-old was kept under observation while receiving treatment for his illness, which has yet to be publicly disclosed.

Now, according to the latest reports, Mosimane has been discharged from the hospital and “is expected to return to the dugout when Al Wahda take on Ajman FC away from home on Saturday.”

Indeed, Al Wahda – who are currently in sixth place on the UAE Pro League rankings with nine points – are scheduled to face off against 13th-placed opponents, Ajman FC, at Ajman Stadium tomorrow evening, Saturday 4 November.
