Megan Fox Files for Divorce

Megan Fox has filed for divorce from her estranged husband, Brian Austin Green.

The “Transformers” actress and the “Beverly Hills, 90210” star – who got married in 2010, and share three sons named Noah, Bodhi and Journey – have been separated for some time, and initially agreed to co-parent their children.

However, in documents filed on Wednesday, 25 November, at the County Superior Court in Los Angeles, California, Fox – who cited “irreconcilable differences” – is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their children.

Additionally, the 34-year-old wants to terminate the ability for either her or the 47-year-old actor to get spousal support.

Green reportedly filed a response in which he agreed to everything, except he wants a revision on the section detailing spousal support. .

The couple also differ on the date of their separation, with Fox claiming it was in November 2019, while Green lists it as 5 March 2020.

As they duke it over the divorce filing, Fox is enjoying her best life as she dates rapper Machine Gun Kelly, with whom she made her red-carpet debut at the American Music Awards this week.
