MJ Maponya Proposes to His GF!

MJ Maponya has officially put a ring on it!

The 32-year-old reality star and fitness trainer confirmed the exciting news via his Instagram account when he shared several photos earlier this week.

Uploading pics from his recent bae-cation at the Four Seasons Hotel, The Westcliff in Johannesburg, Gauteng, one pic shows Maponya going down on one knee in front of his girlfriend, Ipeleng Segolodi.

He wrote in the caption: “Growth must be chosen again and again; fear must be overcome again and again, and with this ring, I choose to grow and overcome obstacles and difficulties with you for the rest of our lives.

“Thank you for choosing us (me & Moshibudi) we love you mommy [sic].”

Speaking to a local media outlet about the engagement on Wednesday, 17 July, the “Temptation Island South Africa” star gushed about Segolodi: “I knew from the second month I wanted her to be my wife, and I decided to propose on her birthday as a gift and to appreciate her love, care and respect for me.

“Once you get the right [woman] as a man, you will know it’s the right one and you won’t take long. I liked her personality and the way she carries herself.”
