Outgoing Pogba Leaves Man United WhatsApp Group
Paul Pogba is doubtlessly leaving Manchester United at the end of the 2021/22 season, and he’s already made leeway in leaving the team’s WhatsApp group.
According to reports, Pogba – who joined the Red Devils from Juventus in 2016 for £94.5 million – is planning to leave when his contract expires at the end of the season, and that he has no interest in renewing it.
Apparently, the 29-year-old French midfielder already informed his team-mates of his decision on their WhatsApp group: purportedly bidding them farewell in a message, he then removed himself from the group.
This comes a week after he endured a calf injury during United’s match against Liverpool, which they lost 4-0. Interim coach Ralf Rangnick confirmed that he would be out for the rest of the season to recover.
But it’s not all doom and gloom – rumour has it that Pogba has already received two contract offers from Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, plus Barcelona are said to be keeping an eye on him.
