PSG Reignite Interest in Marcus Rashford

Manchester United star, Marcus Rashford, has caught the eye of Ligue 1 champions, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).

Ahead of their UEFA Champions League match against Bayern Munich today, Tuesday 26 November, PSG have reportedly contacted Rashford’s representatives to express their interest in the 27-year-old forward.

Rashford – who has experienced his share of highs and lows over his nine-year career with the Red Devils – was approached by the French giants about a potential transfer during the summer window, but the deal did not come to fruition.

As the January transfer window draws near, PSG coach Luis Enrique is keen to enhance his attacking line-up. As such, he views Rashford as a versatile addition to improve the team’s performance.

However, Ruben Amorim, the new manager of United, also sees Rashford as crucial to the future of the English squad. 

Alongside a strong start to the season, where he has scored five goals and provided three assists in 19 appearances, Rashford appears dedicated to the club for the foreseeable future, making a move to PSG seemingly unlikely.
