Rachel Kolisi marked her first Mother’s Day as a single mother following her recent separation from Springbok captain, Siya Kolisi.

The 34-year-old mother-of-two shared a vulnerable glimpse into her day, highlighting the complexities of the occasion.

“Mother’s Day is beautiful. But it can also be complicated,” she said, before adding: “For many, it’s a day of joy, gratitude, and celebration. For others, it’s a day of ache, longing, or grief. And for others still, it’s somewhere in between.”

The businesswoman also shared a touching moment with her youngest daughter, Keziah, as they made creative gifts together, showing that it’s the bond and shared memories, rather than material gifts, that truly matter.

Adding to the warmth, Siya’s sister Liphelo shared a heartwarming video on TikTok of Rachel enjoying a calm lunch with the children. Their natural chemistry and loving dynamic sparked praise from fans, who were moved by Rachel’s openness and kindness.
