– According to reports, Sony’s live-service shooter, “Concord”, launched with a peak of 697 concurrent players on Steam. Currently, that number has dropped to 96 players, with users expressing frustrations over long wait times in the console lobbies.
– Bandai Namco has announced that the Japanese version of its anime-themed MMORPG, “Blue Protocol”, will be discontinued on 18 January 2025. As such, plans to release an English edition globally in partnership with Amazon Games have also been abandoned.
– A bundle featuring two “MySims” games will be released for Nintendo Switch on 19 November 2024: the classic “MySims” and “MySims Kingdom.”
– According to a now-deleted update on its PlayStation Store page, “LEGO Horizon Adventures” (which retells the story of the “Horizons: Zero Dawn” game series) may be set for release on 14 November 2024.
– Japanese video game developer, Marvelous Games, has revealed that their upcoming RPG, “Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma”, is set to be released for Switch and PC via Steam between March and May 2025.
