Wednesday Gaming – Elden Ring, Overwatch 2, Sims 4 and MORE!

– According to reports, a DLC pack for “Elden Ring” (titled “Shadow of the Erdtree”) will drop on 21 June. This is the same date on which both the Collector’s and GOTY Editions are set to be released for PC, the PS5 and the Xbox Series X.
– Alec Dawson, the lead Hero designer for “Overwatch 2”, revealed during a recent livestream that he and the development team are considering bringing back Orisa’s “Halt!” ability in the future. However, it’s not known if it will be Orisa or another character who might receive this ability.
– Nearly seven years after it was shut down, “Gigantic” is being revived as “Gigantic: Rampage Edition”. The third-person shooter – which features “a new game mode, cross platform play, new heroes, new maps and gameplay improvements” – will launch on 9 April 2024. A closed beta will run on 22-23 February 2024.
– A new Stuff Pack titled “Crystal Creations” is coming to “The Sims 4” next Thursday, 29 February. It will introduce a new Gemology skill and allow players’ Sims to create jewellery, as well as mine for gems and metals.
