Wednesday Gaming – Fortnite Leaks, Dead By Daylight, Tomb Raider and MORE!

– According to prominent “Fortnite” leaker, Hypex, the Season 3 update will go live next Friday, 24 May, shortly after the conclusion of Season 2. It will centre around a post-apocalyptic theme, and will feature collaborations with heavy metal band Metallica, “Fall Guys” and “Pirates of the Caribbean”. Additionally, items purchased from the in-game shop will have its own timer.

– A new “Dungeons & Dragons” chapter is coming to the multiplayer survival game, “Dead By Daylight”. It will feature Vecna as the new Killer; Aestri Yazr and Baermar Uraz as the new Survivors, and a new map called “Forgotten Ruins”. The chapter is scheduled for release on 3 June 2024.

– “The Sims 4” is getting two free “Season of Love” updates, two DLC kits and one expansion, all centred around romance. It’s been speculated that these will focus on enhancing romantic relationships between Sims, plus provide new vacation destinations. Release dates are still unclear at this time, though it’s expected that these will be rolled out over the next couple of months.

– A live action TV adaptation of “Tomb Raider” has been picked up by Amazon’s Prime Video. It will be helmed by Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who has written and headed shows such as “Fleabag” and “Killing Eve”.
