Everton Ink Deal with Forward Iliman Ndiaye
Everton has bolstered their attacking options with the signing of Iliman Ndiaye from Olympique Marseille on Wednesday, 3 July.
The 24-year-old forward – renowned for his versatility across multiple attacking positions – joins the Toffees on a five-year contract, committing until June 2029. This marks Ndiaye’s return to English football, having previously showcased his talent with Sheffield United.
Manager Sean Dyche praised Ndiaye’s technical prowess and his potential to enhance Everton’s forward line. The Senegal international, who made significant contributions to Marseille’s Europa League campaign last season, expressed his eagerness to contribute to Everton’s ambitions.
Ndiaye’s career trajectory includes a notable stint at Sheffield United, where he played a pivotal role in their Championship promotion-winning season of 2022-23. His ability to score goals and provide assists has made him a much sought-after talent in European football.
With Everton preparing for their final season at Goodison Park before moving to a new stadium in 2025, Ndiaye aims to leave a lasting impact, both on and off the pitch, as the club looks to build on recent progress in the English Premier League.
