PSG Keen on Luis Diaz Deal

The transfer grapevine is buzzing, and word is that Luis Diaz might be joining Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in the upcoming window.

Diaz has had a stellar time with Liverpool, chalking up 24 goals across 89 appearances, and all achieved in just two seasons since joining the Reds in January 2022!

Coach Jurgen Klopp has made consistent use of the 27-year-old winger, filling in for his often-injured star players; however, his time at Anfield might be coming to a close as PSG and Barcelona have shown interest in signing him up, despite still having three years left on his contract.

Diaz was bought from Portuguese side FC Porto for roughly £50 million (including add-ons), and Liverpool have noticed his growing potential by setting a transfer fee of “around £75 million”, according to club insiders.

Klopp has not commented on any of the rumours, understandably so as he’s focusing all of his attention on every match as Liverpool wrestles for the lead of the English Premier League with Arsenal, with each side allotting 71 points across the season.

Only time will tell where the winds of change take Diaz!
