SuperSport Eyeing Chiefs’ Keagan Dolly
Kaizer Chiefs attacking midfielder, Keagan Dolly, is reportedly being pursued by SuperSport United FC.
Alongside Sifiso Hlanti and Siyethemba Sithebe, Dolly’s contract is set to expire this Sunday, 30 June.
Arriving at Naturena from French club Montpellier in 2021, Dolly scored 14 goals in 67 appearances across all competitions. However, the 31-year-old has been plagued by constant injuries throughout his stint, affecting his playing time and performance on the field.
According to recent reports, SuperSport are looking to swoop in and secure Dolly’s services as soon as his contract expires. Talks between him and the Pretoria-based club are currently in progress, with signs indicating that a deal might be reached soon.
Should the attacking midfielder join SuperSport, he could provide much-needed experience and quality to their squad for the upcoming Premier Soccer League season, provided he is able to stay fit and avoid further injury setbacks.
Only time will tell if a deal will be finalised – as always, watch this space!
