Master KG And Makhadzi Spark Break-Up Rumours

Tweeps are currently unsure if music producer Master KG and singer Makhadzi have broken up, or if it’s a case of social media-fuelled confusion.

On Saturday, 7 January, Makhadzi shared a series of bizarre screenshots to Twitter, claiming that Master KG had cheated on her during their one-year relationship. 

Fans purportedly tried the cell number saved in the screenshot and were able to get through to the music producer’s private line.

Later that same day, the singer backtracked, tweeting that she had been hacked and didn’t make the posts herself: “Guys, I was also shocked about the post. Someone hacked my account! I finally got my account back.”

However, it seems that Master KG is reluctant to believe Makhadzi. On Sunday, 8 January, he took to Facebook to announce their break-up: “It is sad to say this, but me and my Queen Makhadzi are no longer in a relationship, but we [will] continue working together to entertain our lovely fans going forward.”

Makhadzi seems to be in denial of the apparent split, replying: “He just made a typing error. He wanted to tell you that he loves me and he can’t wait to come to my show.”
