Taylor Swift’s Alleged Stalker Arrested
A man who has been accused of stalking Taylor Swift was arrested a second time in less than a week after being spotted outside her home in New York City, New York once again.
David Crowe was arrested on Saturday, 20 January, after members of the local community indicated that they were uncomfortable with his presence. According to one unnamed source, “Upon arrival [the police] were informed that the individual attempted to open a door to a building at the location.”
However, the determined 33-year-old stalker returned two days later, prompting Swift’s security team to contact the police and request to have him detained.
Thankfully, the Grammy Award winner wasn’t home either day as she was off supporting her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, as his team – the Kansas City Chiefs – took on the Buffalo Bills.
Swift has a history of inappropriate followers: In 2018, Roger Alvarado was arrested after he broke into the “Anti-Hero” singer’s home to sleep in her bed. He received six months in jail for the crime.
In 2022, a man attempted to gain entry to the same building by driving a car into it, and was subsequently arrested.
