TS Galaxy Score 2-0 Victory Over Sekhukhune
TS Galaxy are slowly but surely climbing up the Premier Soccer League (PSL) ladder after beating Sekhukhune United 2-0 Mbombela Stadium in Mpumalanga on Sunday, 29 October.
Despite only having 34% possession of the ball throughout the match, Galaxy managed to outdo their opponents, starting with a left-footed punt by midfielder Kamogelo Sebelebele outside the box in the 12th minute.
For the rest of the game, the Rockets sought to double their lead, although Sekhukhune – staying on the offensive – made it far from easy to do so. By the same token, Sekhukhune tried their best to level the score.
In the end, Galaxy walked away with the victory, courtesy of forward Samir Nurkovic: he struck with a right-footer into the back of the net, thus taking the final score to 2-0.
TS Galaxy are currently sitting in eighth place on the PSL rankings with 12 points; as for Sekhukhune United, they’re trailing behind in 11th place with 11 points.
