Wizkid, Davido Start Online Feud

Nigerian superstars Wizkid and Davido are at loggerheads with one another and it appears that neither is ready to back down.

It seemed like Wizkid was ready to start his week with some mischief as he took to X, formerly known as Twitter, on Monday morning, 29 April, to say: “Every day I get things to say but my mouth no good..[sic]”.

The 33-year-old had been enjoying some banter on the social media platform when he may have taken things too far. In response to a fan’s question about whether he would be releasing new music any time soon, Wizkid posted a viral video of Davido crying.

The “conversation” quickly deteriorated, with both rappers flinging insults back and forth to each other well into the evening.

Finally, Wizkid seemed to grow bored with the exchange. “I don tire [sic],” he tweeted before adding: “I dey go sleep [sic]. Jesus is King.”

The pair haven’t seen eye-to-eye for several years, with both singers quick to reignite their feud whenever they have the opportunity to do so.
