Cassper Nyovest: I Am Proudly Married

Cassper Nyovest has opened up about how his married life is going so far.

Last month, the 33-year-old rapper married his childhood friend, Pulane Mojaki, in a traditional ceremony.

In episode 16 of L-Tido’s YouTube podcast (which dropped on Wednesday, 1 May), Nyovest chatted about cheating on his baby mama, Thobeka Majozi, becoming a born-again Christian, and learning to become a better man, father, and now husband.

“I’m stepping up to what a man’s supposed to do: responsibilities,” the “Doc Shebeleza” hitmaker said. “I was saved and I was basically saved for five months.”

He continued: “I just wanted to be an honest man. I was tired of playing games. It was just time [for me] to grow up and be saved; I saw things from the right perspective, and for the first time in my life, I wanted to be married … I wanted to be an honest man and commit to this thing that I say I am. I am proudly married and I’m having the time of my life.”

It’s clear that Nyovest wants to make his marriage work while still being there for his son, Khotso, whom he is co-parenting with Majozi. All in all, everything’s coming together!
