Jennifer Lopez Stays Guarded Over Ben Affleck Divorce Rumours

Jennifer Lopez is keeping mum on her relationship status with actor Ben Affleck.

Nearly two years after tying the knot in Las Vegas, Nevada in July 2022, rumours in the past few weeks have suggested that the much-publicised marriage between the “On the Floor” songstress and Affleck is on the rocks.

On Wednesday, 22 May, J.Lo was on a press tour in Mexico City, Mexico to promote her Netflix movie, “Atlas” – it was during a panel session that a local reporter in attendance brought up these rumours.

“Is your divorce with Ben Affleck real? These rumours?” the reporter is heard asking in an Instagram clip taken from the session. “What is the truth? The truth of the situation?”

While co-star Simu Liu initially jumps to her defence, saying, “C’mon, don’t come in here with that”, Lopez seems to laugh the question off.

Then, leaning slightly forward in her seat and wearing a serious expression on her face, the 54-year-old singer answers, “You know better than that.”

Could this be a sign that “Bennifer” is indeed facing marital issues, or is Lopez simply choosing to keep her personal life private and not feed into the gossip? Only time will tell!
