Lindsay Lohan Taking on New Role as Mother

Congratulations are in order for actress Lindsay Lohan who has just revealed that she’s expecting her first child with her husband, Bader Shammas.

The 36-year-old actress shared the happy news with her Instagram followers on Tuesday, 14 March, with a picture of a simple white onesie featuring the words “Coming soon” written on it. “We are blessed and excited!” the “Parent Trap” star said.

Lohan and Shammas reportedly secretly tied the knot in July 2022 before enjoying a lavish honeymoon in Turkey.

The comments section of Lohan’s post quickly became a star-studded selection, as actresses Amanda Seyfried, Bella Thorne and Elizabeth Gillies, as well as legendary fashion designer Donatella Versace all flocked to share in the excitement.

However, one of the most touching comments came from Lohan’s mother, Dina, who simply said: “I am over the moon filled with so much joy and happiness.”

Well-wishes for the happy couple have been flying in, with actress Paris Hilton even commenting “Welcome to the Mommy Club!” on the post.

Hilton welcomed her first child – a baby boy named Phoenix – via a surrogate in January this year. When asked by an international publication if she had any advice for Lohan, the 42-year-old socialite encouraged her pregnant friend to “soak in every moment” of motherhood.
