Ronaldo Leads Man Utd Players’ Revolt Against Solskjaer
Despite Manchester United’s best efforts to keep Ole Solskjaer until the end of the season, senior players are reportedly planning to rebel against their manager.
United suffered a 5-0 humiliating defeat to Liverpool, on Saturday, 24 October, followed by last Saturday’s chastening 2-0 defeat to Manchester City at home.
The club has not been experiencing a great time of late – having only won 4 of its last 12 games.
Per reports, United’s dressing room giants, including Cristiano Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandes have voiced their intentions to rebel against the Norwegian boss due to lack of adequate direction.
The players’ revolt and unhappiness may force the Red Devils to dismiss their coach – although their original plan was to keep him in charge until the end of the season.
Another alternative the club is considering is to hire the former RB Leipzig manager, Ralf Rangnick, in an interim role.
