Seann William Scott and Olivia Korenberg Break Up

Nearly five years after tying the knot, Seann William Scott and Olivia Korenberg are now cutting ties with each other.

The “American Pie” star – who married Korenberg in September 2019 and shares a three-year-old daughter, Frankie Rose, with her – reportedly filed for divorce on Wednesday, 14 February, at a court in Los Angeles, California.

Per the filings, Scott cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their break-up, and that they had been separated since 2 October 2023.

Prior to their marriage, both the 47-year-old actor and the 35-year-old interior designer signed a prenuptial agreement, whereby they agreed to divide their assets equally upon divorce.

However, Scott wants any and all earnings made from his films to belong solely to him, and asks that they both pay for their attorneys’ fees.

Additionally, he is willing to provide financial support to Korenberg and share joint custody of their daughter.

Korenberg has yet to comment publicly about her impending divorce from Scott.
