Engagement “on the Table” for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez

Word on the street is that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are taking their relationship to the next level.

A source close to “Bennifer” claims that the pair are “ready to spend the rest of their lives together.”

“An engagement is on the table and it has been an ongoing conversation,” the insider said.

The 49-year-old “Dogma” actor is “hugely supportive” of the “Jenny from the Block” hitmaker, and the feeling is mutual.

All signs point to the couple getting cosy: in September last year, there were reports that they had agreed to engagement. On Tuesday, 22 March, news broke that they bought a $50-million mansion together in Bel-Air, Los Angeles.

Affleck and Lopez dazzled Tinseltown with an 18-month relationship that included an engagement in 2002, but any wedding plans evaporated after they broke up in early 2004.

Per reports, they “actively talk about what didn’t work in the past and use those experiences to strengthen their relationship now, for the future and for the sake of themselves and their families.”

Seems like the second time’s shaping up to be the charm.
