United Fans Want Solskjaer Sacked
Manchester United supporters are calling for club manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, to be dismissed, following a humiliating 5-0 loss to Liverpool on Sunday, 24 October, at Old Trafford.
Liverpool dominated the game from kick off time – which saw the Red Devils conceding four goals before half-time.
Mohammed Salah completed his hat-trick five minutes into the second half, and then United’s horrific afternoon went from bad to worse when Paul Pogba was sent off for a dangerous tackle on Naby Keita.
Almost half of the Man United in attendance fans left the stadium during the start of the second half and a few hours later, #OleOut was trending on Twitter.
Supporters took to Twitter to express their anger and to call on the club to sack Solskjaer.
One fan said: “You’ve done your best as a club legend and shown us your potential but we can’t keep going like this now it’s time to go. Thank You, next. #OleOut”
During the post-match interview, Solskjaer admitted that it was his “darkest day” since taking charge of United in 2018.
